This Privacy Policy explains how Zeron (“App”) handles information when you use the application, including the free version (with ads) and the Zeron PRO version (one-time payment).

2. What Zeron Does Zeron is a utility counting app (e.g., for reps, inventory, prayers/meditations). It is designed to allow counting with minimal screen attention (including use via volume buttons, when supported by the device).
3. Data We Process
3.1. Data provided by you Generally, Zeron does not require registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email, phone number, documents, or address to use its core features. If you contact us via email, you may voluntarily provide information (e.g., support details).
3.2. Automatically processed data (technical data) When you use the App, technical data may be processed, such as:
IP Address
Device Identifiers (e.g., system identifiers and/or identifiers used by SDKs)
Log and diagnostic data (e.g., crash logs, performance events)
Device and App information (model, OS version, App version, system language/locale)
Ad-related information (in the free version), according to advertising partners
3.3. Device Language/Locale (Not GPS) Zeron may identify the system language/locale (e.g., pt-BR, en-US) to display the interface in the appropriate language. Zeron does not request location permission (GPS) to determine the language.
3.4. Local app data (on your device) Your counters, names, colors, history, and settings may be stored locally on your device for the App to function. Zeron does not offer server synchronization/backup.
4. Advertising (AdMob) and Purchases (RevenueCat/Stores)
4.1. Ads in the free version The free version may display ads using Google AdMob. Depending on your country/region and your choices/consent (where applicable), advertising may involve measurement, fraud prevention, and, in some cases, personalization.
4.2. In-app purchases (Zeron PRO — one-time payment) Zeron PRO is unlocked via a one-time payment, processed by Google Play and/or the Apple App Store. The App uses RevenueCat to help manage/validate the purchase status as necessary to enable access to PRO features.
5. Purposes and Legal Bases (Overview by Region) We process data only when there is a legitimate purpose, such as:
Providing and maintaining the App (functionality, stability, compatibility)
Security and fraud/abuse prevention
User support (when you contact us)
Displaying and measuring ads (free version)
Processing and managing purchases (Zeron PRO)
Legal bases vary by region. Generally:
Brazil (LGPD): performance of a contract/service, legitimate interest (e.g., security), and consent where applicable (especially for tracking/ads technologies, depending on context).
European Union/Spain (GDPR + ePrivacy): performance of a contract/service, legitimate interests (security), and consent for storage/access to non-essential identifiers and advertising/measurement where applicable.
USA/California (CCPA/CPRA): transparency, right to opt-out of "sale/sharing" where applicable.
Saudi Arabia (PDPL) / India (DPDP) / Indonesia (PDP): transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimization, respecting data subjects' rights according to applicable law.
6. Sharing with Third Parties We may share technical data with third parties strictly for:
Advertising and measurement (Google AdMob)
Purchases/validation and PRO management (RevenueCat; Google Play; Apple App Store)
Security and fraud prevention (including mechanisms built into SDKs/stores)

Note: Third parties may process data under their own policies. We recommend that you review these partners' policies.
7. International Transfers As we use global providers (e.g., Google and RevenueCat), your data may be processed in other countries. Where applicable, we take measures to ensure international transfers occur with appropriate safeguards, according to relevant legislation.
8. Retention (How long we keep data) As a rule:
Local data remains on your device as long as you keep the App and its local data.
Technical data (logs/security/anti-fraud) may be retained for the period necessary to ensure service security and integrity, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, or exercise rights.
Partners (e.g., AdMob/stores) may have their own retention periods.
9. App Uninstallation vs. Data Deletion You can uninstall Zeron at any time from your device. Uninstallation removes the application and may remove local data, depending on operating system rules. Uninstallation does not guarantee, by itself, the deletion of data processed by third parties (e.g., advertising and purchases) or retained for necessary security and legal obligation periods.
10. Your Rights (By Region)
Brazil (LGPD): You may request, where applicable: confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing, consent revocation, and opposition.
European Union/Spain (GDPR): You may request, where applicable: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, opposition, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
California/USA (CCPA/CPRA): Where applicable, you may have the right to know/access, delete, and correct personal data, as well as the right to opt-out of the "sale/sharing" for behavioral advertising, if applicable.
Saudi Arabia (PDPL) / India (DPDP) / Indonesia (PDP): You may exercise rights provided in applicable legislation, such as access, correction, and deletion, according to legal rules and exceptions.
11. How to Exercise Your Rights and Request Deletion Send your request to: suporte@luminadigital.app To help us locate your request more accurately, please provide the App language and device model, and, if available, the Privacy Request Identifier displayed in the App. We may request additional information only when necessary to process the request securely (e.g., to prevent fraud).
12. Children and Adolescents Zeron is an app for all ages and is not specifically directed at children. If you are a legal guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal data via direct contact, please contact us at suporte@luminadigital.app. Note for USA (COPPA): If the App ever offers features directed at children under 13 or collects personal data from these children directly, we will take additional measures (such as verifiable parental consent), where applicable.
13. Security We adopt reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is 100% secure.
14. Changes to this Policy We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The current version will be made available in the App and/or on our website.
