2. Eligibility and Use Zeron is a utility counting app and can be used by people of all ages. If you are a minor, please use the App according to applicable rules and, when necessary, under the guidance of a legal guardian.
3. License to Use We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
4. Features and Content The App allows you to create and manage counters and goals (where applicable), with features that may include haptic/audio feedback and the use of physical device buttons, depending on compatibility. The use of the App depends on factors such as device model, operating system, and user permissions/settings.
5. Free Version and Ads Zeron may display ads in the free version to support development. Ads may be provided by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data and preferences.
6. Zeron PRO (One-time Payment) Zeron PRO may be made available through a one-time payment on Google Play and/or the Apple App Store.
6.1. Billing and Processing The purchase is processed by the respective app store. Billing conditions, refunds, and purchase restorations are governed by the policies of the respective store.
6.2. Restoration and Device Change Zeron PRO restoration is linked to your app store account (Apple ID or Google Account). Therefore:
The purchase is not transferable between different platforms (e.g., from iOS to Android, or vice versa), as the App does not require account creation or its own login.
Restoration depends on the item being available in the store and the operating system's rules.
7. Your Responsibilities You agree to:
use the App lawfully and in good faith;
not attempt to exploit flaws, bypass protection mechanisms, or interfere with the App's operation;
not use the App for illegal purposes.
8. Intellectual Property The App, its interface, brand, design, and other elements are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Privacy The processing of personal and technical data is described in Zeron's Privacy Policy.
10. Availability, Changes, and Termination We may, at any time:
correct, update, modify, or discontinue features;
suspend access in case of misuse, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement.
We will try to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability (Attention to Local Data) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
loss of local data: Zeron works 100% offline. Your counters and histories are saved only on your device. Uninstalling the App, formatting, or losing the device will result in the irreversible loss of this data.
App unavailability due to external factors (network, store, operating system, devices, third parties).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be legally limited.
13. Third-Party Links and Services The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., ads and purchases). These services have their own terms and policies. We do not control these third parties.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, to the extent permitted, and the jurisdiction of Brasília/DF is elected, except for mandatory consumer protection rules that determine a different jurisdiction.
